Our technician Ray is great! We can always count on him to do a good job, be nice and very patient with me moving our 4 big dogs around so he can get inside and outside 😁

The service is great, never any issues. Everyone is prompt on monthly service and they always text me that they are coming to my home so I can make sure my animals are away. Jon, provides me with a text to confirm all is good with the service for the interior service he performs and if I do have issues, he will address the issue and text me a week later to ensure I am satisfied. I recommend Bug Out should you need a company to service all your needs.

JJ, was at our house, he did a wonderful job. He was also very polite and attentive to our needs. The dog loves him. Good job JJ.

Blake came and done a termite treatment and also pointed out a few concerns he had that I did not even notice. Bug out does a great job.

Michael Goldstein should really be known as Johnny on the Spot. We recently purchased a house, and we were disappointed to find some wood completely eaten up by termites. Since he took good care of us at our personal home, we didn't hesitate to call him. Michael took the extra time to squeeze us in his schedule. He signed us up and arranged for the treatment to be performed the next day. Much thanks, and look forward to working with Michael and Bug Out.

Very professional and well trained staff. I use them to maintain my lawn for the past two years. They do an outstanding job every time they come out. I highly recommend Bug out.

Art Whittaker does a great job, very nice and helpful

Art is very good at what he does. He sent me a text message a half an hour before he arrived to let me know that he was on his way so that way I could make sure that my dogs were outside on the porch not to get in his way. He's very thorough with what he does on the outside and on the inside and I couldn't ask for anybody better. Thank you for having such an amazing technician as part of your team.
