I really want to thank the Tech, Cam, who did my yard today. I forgot about the plants in pots I had put out to dry in the grass. He put them back on my patio so they were out of harm's way. This also allowed him to do the yard unobstructed. I appreciate that you took the time and it helped me out. Thank you.

My Tech. Rey, is as good as it gets. Always shows genuine concern for doing a great job. He's been doing my house for some time now, which is nice not having someone different every visit.

Tech left flyer on door saying inspection was done,when he did nothing but leave the flyer and walked away up to this point have never had a issue with service and customer service is always great so I gave them a 3 star this time .

I have been so happy with Bug Out. No other company has ever gotten my lawn to this level of perfection. My technician is wonderful and easy to work and communicate with. All in all this is a great company that has given me the best looking yard on my street. 😊😊😊

BugOut’s customer service can sometimes be hard to get in contact with but they’re always understanding & helpful. This pest control company offers the same as all others but with greats deals & lower prices. Reginald, specifically, is an amazing technician that always tries to work you in to his schedule if you’re dealing with an infestation, which doesn’t happen because he ensures to get every nook & cranny. He basically has forced me to become a loyal customer bc no other technician will care as much. My kids even recognize him when he comes to spray! TY REGGIE.

I had Reggie as my interm bug specialist and he was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and explained the treatment plan with me. Reggie was very efficient and treated the interior and exterior of my house. I look forward to having him come back in the future and will recommend him to my friends and others!
