After leaving my updated cc information 6 months ago, account services are using incorrect and expired info and then telling me my cc payment is declined. I sat on the phone three times for over 20 minutes each time and was disconnected the first two times. Then the customer service representative kept interrupting me as I was trying to get answers and find out why they were using the incorrect cc. Customer service is in need of a refresher course on "customer service." hide

Kyle is friendly, professional and has superior customer service. Kyle is very knowledgeable about insect, pest and what chemicals are being used during the process. During his visits he explains the services, reassures me that the chemicals are safe for pets and children. He even recalls our pets and Childrens names. Please be sure to let Kyle know he is doing a great job.

Michael had a lot of knowledge as far as the treatments, the termite risk, etc. With other pest control companies I have had to ask a lot of questions in order to find out costs and details of treatment. Michael was transparent and provided a lot of info to help us understand. Was overall very impressed with Michael’s experience and knowledge! hide

You get maintenance service every other month but can call any time if you see an issue with your lawn ie weeds, change in color of sod, spots. I call and they come out without an added fee. It has kept my sod alive. hide
