I had Family Pest Services come out today to treat my house for ants and other little pest.The young man that came today was named Jacob. Jacob is a very professional and knowledgeable young man,very polite,good communication skills and I already have him a new customer looking forward to seeing him again.

Living on a lake helps mosquitoes to breed very well. I prefer them in the lake and not in my home space. Byron is the best. He is always on time and fully checks the area to be treated. We are much happier with the mosquitoes, spiders, & ants staying in their own areas outside. He takes care of our home and my parents' home and keeps everything in tip top shape where bugs say in their own area instead of coming to visit us or trying to move in

This review is for technician Mathew. He called the week of appointment as a courtesy and day of, which shows professionalism. He’s polite and respectful and knowledgeable in his trade. He replace 3 traps that had been pulled previously by others and insisted that those traps could have been compromised and it was best to put in, new baited traps. I will have to add honesty to his review. Thank you to Bugout and for having such a valuable employee Mathew!

Our Bug Out tech guy is Nathan. He’s always so polite and Courteous. He always shows up when he’s scheduled, contacts me to let me know what time he will arrive and arrives on time. Does a great job taking care of our yard. Nathan also takes the time to explain to me what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. I really appreciate what he does out in the heat and what a good job he does.

The tech Jonathan was very friendly, informative, and went above and beyond to help me with my needs. I appreciated the quick response to needing a service check at such a short notice. Bugout was top notch in my opinion!

Daniyel Garcia always goes the extra mile for me. I appreciate the detail and professionalism he always displays on my property. I know I can recommend him and Bug Out to my friends and family. He clearly keeps the bugs away.

We’ve had Bug Out for over 8 years now. They come out regularly to spray and we’ve never had any pest problems. Jules is fantastic and takes excellent care of us!

The tech, Justin showed up on time, greeted us and completed all the services. He also took care of a termite trap that came out of the ground. Did a great job all around.

Josh Evans arrived at our home exactly as promised. He was able to answer all of our questions with answers that clearly demonstrated his knowledge of the insect problem we were dealing with. It was a definite plus that he very personable. Obviously, happy with the service.

I have been using Bug Out for 6 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. love that I have the same Technician, Matthew is very persoanable, informative and takes pride in his work.
