This review is for technician Hogan. He called ahead of his service, which doesn't always happen and when I wasn't available that day he followed up with me 10 days later. Did a thorough job and labeled each station which hadn't been done before. Kudos to Hogan!

BUG OUT PEST AND TERMITE CONTROL.My technician did 💯 spraying inside and outside. He took his time and did a fabulous job. Thank you so much. He did not disturb anything outside while spraying and I have lots of plants to dodge. Very nice guy.Meticulous, professional, informative. Left me with doable solutions to help rid a bug.

As always, John is so professional courtesy friendly he gets in he gets out. He looks for problems. He lets me know if there’s any. I just appreciate it so much.

I am amending my review. We had a huge ant problem. It was unbelievable and the technician who serviced our account sort of left us hanging. I have to say that once the lady in the office heard about our problem and realized what had happened, she stepped in and they all stepped up to resolve the problem. She even involved the man who handles all the area business accounts. He was knee deep in dead ants, sifting around, and enjoying it! They came in and sealed our house and doubled down on everything and I haven’t seen even a single ant since then! Very impressed with everyone there! Thank you all so very much!
