Had a previous pest control agency taken care of my house and I had bugs everywhere and felt like they weren’t doing a good job. I started using bug out and ever since I started their service. I haven’t even seen one bug inside my house. I highly recommend to anybody in the area.

Larry is a great technician. He is an expert in his field. I had some bug issues and he gave me an in depth explanation about how bugs operate. He did a very thorough job of treating my house and I have not seen any of the bugs for 3 months. Super thorough job with outstanding results!

Bug out is always very professional and in time. I love how they stay on top of my schedule. My home is well protected and I do not have a bug problem. Staff is very helpful and friendly too. Mathew is very professional and helpful.

Paul was very nice!! We are having a problem with little ants. He took the time to examine .. listen to my questions and explain how to try and get rid of them. He even pulled my garbage can from the road back to my house. He went above and beyond with customer service!!!@

JJ is very friendly and personable. He does a fantastic job and would recommend him to anyone. Have never had a bug in my house. I would give JJ ten stars if I could.

Termite and pest treatment. Chad spent time giving detailed explaination on what he was going to do and how long it will take. When he finished he showed me what he did and asked if I had any question. My route was not his usual but I hope he returns when it's time to recheck the stations.

JJ was very informative and did the job thoroughly. Thank you. My 4 stars are here for him. I’d give him 5 stars but not the rest of the situation. I’m doing 3 stars because of Frank and my initial call in. I moved into the home 3 days prior to JJ coming out. When he left, Frank wanted to do an inspection. Insisted on the next day. So I scheduled. That morning I called to change the appointment time. He was so pushy I caved and still let him out that morning. Thirsty minutes early and I wasn’t ready! Couldn’t follow my directions to my home. Which was very simple. Then wanted me to go outside and wait. It’s cold out and I’m not even ready !!!! Four days into my move. He compiled an estimate. I told him 6 times I had to think about it. He kept pushing about different services. Wanted me to sign up that day. “Or he would have to drive all the way back to my house”. I didn’t cave this time. Next morning he called me early. He didn’t leave a message however I did have his number saved so I knew it was him. Plus I’m receiving emails! Very pushy ! I’m not so sure I will do added services with the company because I don’t appreciate being pushed. I JUST moved into! When I first called… I explained to the girl exactly what I wanted. INCLUDING my yard. Yes. Yes. She said. I came to find out the yard WASN’T a part of what I paid for. That was a huge disappointment. She gave me a good discount. Which was great. However, not having the yard also a part of it… changed my view on the entire situation. I had a new tech come out this morning. So third treatment. As he said though… consider this to be my first. He was very thorough. My last session with JJ was not.

I truly appreciate the great service Bug Out has offered. I have been with Bug Out for 23 years and the services they provide is awesome. From the technician to the ladies that answer the phones. They provide great customer service , and were a pleasant to speak with.
