We live in the Deep South! And along with the beautiful beaches, the awesome nature, and the myriad activities of this beautiful place come…..BUGS. They can ruin a day outside, and they can destroy our homes, too. Termites in particular are a danger to our homes since they love tunneling into wood.When I noticed that tell-tale symptom (you can actually see their tunnels), I contacted a trusted company in our area that specializes in the kinds of insects that can disrupt our lives as Southerners: Bug Out. Their service and knowledge truly can’t be matched!A Bug-Out representative came to our home and discussed various options for pest control, after hearing our concerns. I like being able to individualize my extermination plan! We did not have to sign a contract or otherwise obligate ourselves, and I appreciate that aspect as well.We purchased a Sentricom system for our property, a series of canisters that are buried underground (full of termite bait). Bug Out comes out regularly to check all the canisters and replaces them as needed. Termites don’t have a chance!The exterminators who come out to service our property are knowledgeable and answe all our questions. We’ve seen a few bugs in the house, especially after a hard rain. And guess what? Every one of them was dead.We have enough worries about our homes with hurricanes and other storms. Why add to it with insects everywhere? Be good to yourself and your home. Josh Evan’s was such a breath of fresh air. I called bug out and Evans was at my door in less than 30 minutes if not sooner. He understood my request and took care of it right away leaving me with a peace of mind. He went above and beyond by checking for issues outside of my request like getting rid of a wasp nest and checking a tree stump In my front yard for any issues and treating that as well. I’m learning that being a new home owner means more responsibilities but at least I know my pest control service is top notch and one less thing I have to worry about.

Mark was very nice, and left a message that he would be coming over shortly. I opened the gate and let him do his job. He was quick and didn't bother me.

My technician is Reggie and he is amazing. He really cares about the work he does and represents Bug Out well. I highly recommend this company and this technician. He goes out of his way to make sure that we are pleased with his service and to make sure that we don’t have pest invasions.

We’ve been pleased with Bug Out for over 20yrs. We had a couple of gap issues around doors and in the garage resulting in allowing unwanted roaches to enter. It wasn’t bad but I have a zero tolerance for them. Because we have their ongoing service, Josh Evans, their representative came out promptly and showed me exactly what needed to be applied and where to resolve our issues. He was polite, kind and courteous regarding our pets and our safety. He answered all questions and concerns as well. He even said he would be calling back in two weeks to ensure that we have no more problems. Very thorough service and I would highly recommend him and Bug Out to others.

Prompt, efficient and professional first service from Jason with Bug Out. He seemed to understand the balance I try to create with Florida bugs, and was careful not to disturb my fledgling full nests.
