Not quite sure how Bug Out wound up coming to do my service when I have Florida Pest Control. But Justin from Bug Out was extraordinary. Sprayed the whole house inside and out. Went out of his way to make sure every thing was taken care of. Just may to have see about a change in my pest company.

The guy that did my house I think his name is James. He is by far the best one we have ever had. He is very thorough very nice very pleasant easy to talk to and a pleasure to have around. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate how he takes care of us. I give him a perfect score.

John does a fabulous job servicing my property. He goes above and beyond the expected. Keeps me informed of any out of the ordinary findings by text when I’m out of town. He responds quickly to a call of any problem we have had. His caring and efficient work ethic are great sales factors that has caused me to recommend Bug Out to people I know! Thank you John!

We've used them a few years now. I'm giving you guys a 3. That's only because JJ is great. He's the best technician they have and they should pay him whatever he asks. He gets 5 stars. The rest of the guys are just ok. Except for Frank. Frank is rude and pushy. He doesn't call before he comes. He's rude and pushy about extra services. One time he was here, he completely ignored me and all my questions and was trying to push my mother in law into all these extra purchases. When he realized that she would have to confer with me and her son about it, I all of a sudden became a person to him. I don't like frank. He never calls before he comes. Most of the time, he just shows up mid morning when we've already requested for afternoons from the company, and wakes up those of us who have worked long night time hours. His attitude sucks and he creeps me out. If frank comes back to my house, I will find a different company

We moved to FLorida in 2017 and the one thing I was afraid of were the BUGS! We’ve used Bugout since moving here and i’m happy to say we’ve have never had a problem. Jon Morgan is the absolute best. We did have an ant issue once during the rainy season. I called and Jon was here the next day. He explained everything he was doing with the treatment and even followed up to see if the issue was resolved. I highly recommend BugOut and Jon
