Have been using BugOut Pest Control for many years. We are very satisfied with the service we get from BugOut. Our technician, Chad, treats our home as if it were his own. And, after treatment, gives us a comprehensive review of the actions he took, and if we need to pursue any further action. Highly recommend. We are also very satisfied the the lawn service we receive from BugOut.

Byron was very professional, answered all my questions and very pleasant to speak with.

Living on a lake helps mosquitoes to breed very well. I prefer them in the lake and not in my home space. Byron is the best. He is always on time and fully checks the area to be treated. We are much happier with the mosquitoes, spiders, & ants staying in their own areas outside.

Bug Out pest control did a great job with an initial treatment. Frank the salesman was very helpful. The technician JJ did an awesome job, very thorough and informative. The product used, Alpine ASG, was odorless, and safe for pets. We did not even have to vacate the premises during the process. I highly recommend Frank and JJ at Bug Out pest control!

I pay approximately 120.00 a year. They come out and spray around the outside of my home. If I feel it's needed they spray inside also. It is worth the money to me to be bug free. My guy that comes to my house is John. He is extremely friendly and does an excellent job. If I have any questions he takes the time to answer them. If I get a problem with any other bugs or critters they will come out and help me. I'm extremely pleased with the service we get.

Ryan is one very awesome man. He'd personable, helpful and knows his work to answer any questions you may have. Definitely recommend him. He's 5 Star! 🙂🙂🙂

Mark is courteous and professional. Always a pleasure.

Mark consistently works on solutions to my pest problems. He shows up when he says he’ll be there and listens to my concerns and devises a plan. He routinely checks in and follows up on the progress.

Jon does the work at the house. If I have questions he answers them and takes care of any issues. He is a great guy. Had him for years and we trust what he does.

Yes Chad technician was professional and answered all of my concerns. And he sprayed areas that need it.

Best experience with Kevin Wilson from bugout!!! He deserves a raise. We always know in advance when he’s coming to do outdoor pest control. He’s truly the best and deserves a raise!!! Also yes, this is him taking our trash can back up the driveway!!!

Very happy with our experience. Had to call in for a family member, as I live 3 hours south of Citra. The gentleman who helped me on the phone went above and beyond to explain everything, to get someone out immediately and not over priced. Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience.
